Dandy Cars warranty

Hi does anyone know much about the warranty that comes with dandy cars? Is there a claims limit etc?

Also are they still well regarded as I hear it's under new ownership, so not sure whether the reputation was built by previous owners, cheers.

They have always had an excellent reputation for the quality of the cars they sell and the aftersales support.
Their cars are usually on the expensive side but I guess that could well pay for itself if you have a problem.

When I spoke to them in Novemebr about a car they had, they said their warranty was fairly robust, in that if it was a geniuine issue they would sort it withot hessitation.

I've certainly not heard anything bad about them (other than the prices), kinda wish I had of bought the one from there now

Got a car from them a year ago. Was not happy with it due to a few problems. To be fair to them though they let me swap it for a Vr ltd and pay the difference. No quibble no arguments. All in all very impressed with the service. Warranty booklet says 500 pound claim limit I think but I have not had to use it the car is great and has had no problems.

What problems did you have if you don't mind me asking?

Bad alignment, pulling to the left. Slave cylinder failed, bit tatty and roof leaked. Nothing too bad or unfixable but if you pay a premium you expect a near perfect example. Second one is mint. A most looks new to be honest.

Things go wrong in any company. I measure the quality of a company by what they do when things go wrong. In this case they exceeded my expectations by taking the car back Nd giving me a different car

Wasn't aware they'd changed ownership: they were fine when I got mine serviced there last April.
