Hello all, having a few issues with a noise on my cambelt or drivebelt, can anyone help at all?

Re you sure its the cambelt? Can you check the alternator for noisy bearings? The cambelt has one tensioner only. Never trust ford in saying it is good for 100k miles either. If in doubt strip it out..............
