I remember that place, Richard Noons wasn't it? They had no problem with you climbing 3 cars high to remove parts, that was almost 20 years ago though.It's only about 15 miles from Winchester if you go through Stockbridge.

Dase Engineering Ltd in Bishops Waltham was quite an old fashioned scrapyard, in a random location for one though.
It's in an housing estate inside an old quarry.
Not sure if you can walk around it still, not been there for a few years now.
If not, G&R Harris Ltd in Emsworth is good, but abit of a trek.

This is the only one that I know of that still lets you wander around and remove the parts yourself, and it's all the better for it. They have a large yard, with no stacking, and cars arranged by country (i.e. all Jap cars in one area, all Italian in another, etc.).Arj256 said:
