Saw this on a property website, 5 room house with 1800m2 of land, 5 mis from anage, 10 mins to the circuit most renovation done and with some out-buildings all for £101,000 or any offers. Ten people with ten grand in each - Le Man accomodation sorted for life. If only.

10 mins to the circuit ANY weekend but the 2nd weekend of June
I've been stuck from Arnage centre to the circuit for over an hour, depends on the time of day of course, BUT nowhere is 10 mins away during race weekend.
Takes me 25/30 mins to the main gate all year round, for practise days, say up to Thursday night I can do it in that time. But Friday, Saturday and of course Sunday finish it is a different story.
PS. Don't forget to add taxes to the price allow 20%

Thats why we are taking our bikes this year. Getting to Arnage viewing area on saturday night is a nightmare in the car.

If I had a spare 100K I would certainly have a look at this.
