Ladies and Gents,

Can any of you fine people recommend a good and reputable refinisher for my E39 M5 wheels. I would like to get them back to the original 'shadow' finish if possible.

Any recommendations would be great.

I am in the NE Scotland but would have no qualms about shipping them.

Thanks

Marto.

Lepsons is the place that everyone swears by.

The last owner had mine done at Pristine and they are still in good condition.

Some points worth noting:

Rimfurbish - can often offer temporary wheels while yours are being refurbished.

Lepsons - are able to offer re-straightening to correct buckled wheels. Rimfurbish don't offer this, but I believe they will return wheels FOC if they realise they can't repair them.

I'm mention this as I am in the N.E. too and the roads up here are rubbish, especially after all the ice and snow.

I'm also looking to refurb mine and believe either company above will do an excellent job. I just need to find somewhere safe for the car to sit while the wheels are away.

Too bloomin' right they are. Had the wheel refurb's 18 mths ago and the potholes have destoyed the wheels + have gone through a set of Proxies with the sidewalls bursting.....
