Well with the new year here. The wednesday meets can start up again.

So does anyone have any ideas where to have them. Tinderbox was the last place we went to, should we go back there or find a new place?

Does our esteemed legal eagle have any ideas? Or his minion tony? wink

Only a suggestion but why don't you do a meet on 27th Jan (Thursday) in the city centre as there are some guys (me and JC at least) who are catching the Monte Rally leaving George Square??

I am quite relaxed as to when we meet. If there is an event on as in the start of the Monte Carlo Rally from george square then that sounds a good excuse to meet and have a coffee. Just one observation.
George Square------Monte Carlo about 1250 miles away. Are we sure that this s the start point? Not just what blondes are told?

PS
Tony and I are not related. All those who suggested we were, committed suicide by shooting themselves three times in the head with the same pistol. No proof or witnesses exist. Cabishe!!

I'm happy to go for coffee at Tinderbox this Wednesday and then go to Blythswood Square for the start of the Monte Carlo Rally a week on Thursday. Anyone else?

I think I would really like to go to this. I work right behind Blythswood Square, so I could walk round. I've not been in the hotel since it was built, I was barred from the RAC club ( long story involving Mr McRae and his trousers round his ankles while standing on a table, I was innocent ) so it would be nice to see inside again.
Link to info' about the Rally

I see they are doing a dinner for £35. Does anyone fancy idea of getting a table together if they have any left?
Could take the bi-rail mass public transportation system in to Glasgow so could drink something other than coffee?

Sounds a tip top idea. Few beers and the start of the MC rally, what more could we ask for?
