Looking for 175 -200bhp

Been away from the Caterham scene for a few years since selling my BDR engined HPC ( owned it for 13 years ).
Been offered a '97 supersprint crossflow which i would use for trackdays only, would like to know from you boys the best way to go to achieve up to 200hp without spending fortunes. Is the Zetec still the way to go, for an affordable ,reliable transplant or are their better products these days? Anyone got anything for sale that would do the trick?

How much have you got to spend ?

I would look at an ex race RSA or similar, fit an 1800 VVC K series engine with some mods

You'd get a reliable 175hp full cage car for ~£12k
