Can someone tell me where exactly to find inertia swith cannot. See anything under footwell passenger side. Aaaaahhh

You are looking in the correct place, just dig a bit deeper on underside of dash probably under a stuck on carpet.

The inertia switch is under the "glove box" flap. (Smallish black box with ball bearing inside and push button with rubber cap on.

Cheers for those quick responses guys. Back home now. Bloody huge pot hole at the start of City Road, London. Straight through it without seeing it and then spluttered to a stop. At least it wasn't busy. And at least no real damage was done.

The switch is certainly well tucked in there!

I wrapped mine in bubble wrap to stop this going off every large bump I hit
