2 of the OHs friends are coming to london and I have been tasked with finding them a fish and chip place near where they are staying in Bayswater.

Does anyone know of any or any good ones near by that we can visit and nothing too expensive as they are poor students.

And just spotted fish works is on the top table listing for 50% off they might like that too, if I can get them that far.

A wee little update for those that care and sod those that dont.

Went to Fish Works last night and the fish was absolutely beautiful.

3 of us had the following:

Starters:

Grilled South Coast Scallops in the Shell with Garlic Butter
and Bread Crumbs

Crispy Fried Squid with Aïoli

Steamed Cornish Mussels
With Garlic, Shallots, White Wine & Parsley

Main courses:

Nova Scotia Lobster
Grilled with Garlic Butter & Served Hot

Hand Beer-Battered Fish & Chips
Cod

2x Grilled Ocean Prawns with Garlic & Parsley Butter

3x Sides

Desert:

Eton mess
Freshly made Ice cream

Drinks:

1x sancere
2x cola
2x coffee
1x Muscat

total price... £30 a person including service charge and tip.
