Was just wondering if any of you lot are off to the British Superbikes at Snetterton this Sunday? Be on the look out for a Black Civic with PH stickers on, especially if you're on 2 wheels (or even 1 ).

My God those things are quick! I spent the first few races over at the chicane by Senna Straight and thought 'they're not that quick', then I movedover to the end of the Revett straight and OMG!
Got a quick vid here (about 1 meg) which shows just how quick these things can go, I was pretty much at the braking point.

Oh ffs, I've just seen when the highlights are on TV - 12:30 tonight!
Does the BBC even care about it?

They should be at the end of Revett's it's the longest straight on any UK circuit.

But then not as long as the old Norwich straight used to be at Snetterton before they shortened the circuit.

Saw it on TV late last night, purely by accident. Strange that it wasn't on Grandstand, but then again I suppose the 'best of 2390 frames' World Snooker Final should take priority... My, what an exciting 'sport' that is.

Cracking racing and a bloody huge crowd! BSB gets crowds that BTCC can only dream about.

it was, bit gutted for jr though, call me suspicious, but maybe kagayamas bike has some better parts from suzuki, especially the way it was so much faster than jr's down the back straight at snetterton. and that fire was a bit spectacular

Thats fire was well scary! Haga didnt even seem to flinch as the huge fire ball screemed past him just as he was about to turn in!

Think he wishes he'd never heard of BSB?
