I am just trying to get an idea of how wide I should cast my net to capture people's meaningful work relationships for some research I have am doing (by meaningful I mean the people you regularly communicate with for work, discuss ideas with, review performance with and socialise with outside work). Can be bosses, staff, and peers but probably not externals.

Do I have to include the "See outside of work" part?

Because that would mean zero, for any job I've ever had.

About 20. I work in a hotel so we get seasonal staff at peak periods so that can increase to around 30 for a few weeks.

In my office we have approx 60 people.

In my own team about 17 others that I regularly work with plus maybe 5 others from other teams.

I socialise with maybe 10-15 now and again (from all over the office not just my team).

In my wider team there are about 25 people, tend not to socialise with them much because simply don't have the time in my life. I terms of people that I communicate with on a daily basis, probably around 100.

17 in my team. About 80 in the main team we interface with, and then a couple of thousand users.

I work shifts and there are 7 per shift. During weekdays with the overlap of different shift patterns the number can increase to 13 or 14.

Don't socialize with any of them outside of work.

I employ 5 directly who then are almost-colleagues to two District Nursing teams of about 12 each.

Self employed so strictly according to your criteria it's zero, I do socialise and refer work with some others in the industry though so if you count them then about 5.

6 in our department. But with other parts of the company maybe 90. Then add another 150 site lads just in our leeds HQ. Maybe another 50 over our 3 other sites. Trying to remember peoples names is a utter ball ache.

Work in a department of 10-12 (including those shared with other subjects)
Work closely with other staff (e.g. cover/admin/support), so another half a dozen, though there are obviously lots more
Then include 8 classes of kids, with numbers ranging from 17 to 29 in each.

All depends what you include!

Immediate team is 4-5, extended team of about 30. Rarely socialise with any of them though.
