Castle Combe - Action Day

Being new TVRs/track days, etc, was there a reason there was no TVR club presence at the Castle Combe action day today - I understand from my Lotus buddy that track passes were discounted if ordered through a club that is going to attend "officially".

On a related note, I dont seem to be able to get booking information for the TVRCC track day that is supposed to be at CC in June despite a number of emailed requests - is it me?

The 1st two public events of the year @ CC used to be triple C days....ie the dexion and cable tie set.

Sarah never used to apply for tickets for thes two days....but now as she has unofficially resigned anyway...need I say more...but I doubt if the new RO(s) have picked up on the change of style of day.

Depends on who you sent the emails to...CC will have nothing to do with booking the day...its all through the TVRCC and u r too early...the app form will be out in the Apr/May Sprint issues.

Thanks for the TVRCC booking information - I didnt get on the track today anyway - too scared to risk my pride and joy among the various boy racers on show!!

Having seen an immaculate early LHD M3 broadsided...plus numerous other incidents over the years...I totally agree....but re our days when its a lot safer on that front...then its got more to with my own abilities and that of the car....which is why I got No.29....built for the job....full cage and big brakes !
