T350 sales stats - figures for the last 6 months

As per one or two of my posts / replies over last couple of months, I have been keeping tabs (sad, I know!) on T350 prices, mainly to guage what mine would be worth for selling whilst weighing up a Sag purchase.
Anyway, after 6 months worth of data relating to 74 cars (all T350 cars that have appeared for sale on PH and the odd one or two that have appeared on Autotrader and e-bay, but not PH) thought it may be of use to the general T350 community to show you the findings.
All 'sold' prices based on advert price only, so do not reflect any price negotiations that would have inevitably happened. Sold price info attached therefore a 'ready reckoner'. I have a master spreadsheet recording each individual car, but have just scanned in the Summary Sheet with the main findings.

Sad, but interesting! 
Mileage and condition will also have a big effect on price as well as age though I would have thought.
I've been keeping track of Tamoras sold over the last six months on PH, so should be able to do a similar spreadsheet when I get chance if anyone finds it of interest.

Agreed (on both points!) - I took out all Cat C and Cat D cars for the Summary Sheet calculations and also the very high mileage examples (40K plus with no rebuilt engine) in order to keep things on a relatively even keel across each year when averaging the figures.Mileage and condition will also have a big effect on price as well as age though I would have thought.
Just a ready reckoner, subjective to the odd few cars I omitted for reasons above when calculating averages. Just gives a general overview of the market for the last 6 months.
I bought mine from str8six - he didn't even have time to put it up for sale before I got "dibs in".
Bought mine in July for £21k at 39k miles (5k on new engine) inc a years parts and labour warranty.
Buying a car from Str8six you know it's going to be sorted.

How much do you need the T350 to appreciate by to afford the Sag then?

Thanks for the info Diablos, will add in to the figures for the future. With regard to T350 appreciating to (near) Sagaris levels - not in our lifetime!!How much do you need the T350 to appreciate by to afford the Sag then?
Difference to move from a decent T350 to a decent Sag is about 15-20K - Sags really hold a huge premium over T350 (for not a massive difference of car in real terms IMHO!) - same could be said over large increase in price of T350 over Tam's. However, looks, limited availability and 'desirability' accounts for the premiums people are willing to pay.
Still deciding if the premium is worth it myself, the time it takes to sell the car or otherwise may be the determining factor for a decision this year for me.....! I do love the T350, but the Sag is rather special - especially in a reflex colour!
