Evening chaps,

Just a small enquiry. Has anyone on here ever completed the program or made any progress on it?

I'm of quite a thin build and i'd like to put a slight bit more muscle on, but i'm not too sure where to start! Would this be a step in the right direction? Also, how would carrying out a good form push up affect Carpal Tunnel?

These might be some very stupid questions but your help would be greatly appriciated.

Yes, it is very easily do able. Might need to repeat a week or two though.

200 situps is a good one also.

I was looking at the sit up program actually, would combining the two daily be a good idea? As in start the push ups first, finish that set then move onto the sit up set.

Also, another possibly stupid question. What kind of plan would you need to keep up your strength after the 6 weeks are over?

Thank you in advance!

Just started this, first test was 25 so I started at week 3.
Doing your first test and then the exercises probably isn't the best idea though.

No.100 pushups is muscular endurance and you might tone what you've already got but you won't grow.Do about 20 to warm up then try benching/d'bells.
