what are they like... can you still move em backwards and forwards?

As I understand it from the brochure Clive sent me, the seats do move forwards & backwards, but only if you buy the seat runners as an optional extra.
I'm sure Clive will correct me when he's next passing through if I have misunderstood the brochure.
