What number are you trying?

Try this one if different, 01539 724814.

Edit:

Just tried it, no answer, and their European website is down.

What problem do you have?

Yep, that`s the one I`ve been trying all week after 020 8560 4141 on their literature. Model is SD-10 which has power and you can feel it "start up" when turning the dial to max but the fan doesn`t move and no water collected. Had a look at the only filter I can see (even though the instruction manual indicates a carbon filter as well) and it`s clean. I`ve tried a second unit and it does collect so definitely an issue with this one.

When you say "start up" I presume you mean the compressor, does it continue to run or only attempt to start up?

Does the fan work at all, low or high speed?

Is the water tank fitted and empty?

If you turn the humidistat do you hear it 'click'?

Yes, continues to run and the fan doesn`t work at all (low or high speed). The water tank is empty and there is a "click" as the control is turned from "min" towards "max".

Sorry forgot about this thread, never noticed you'd replied.

So the compressor starts and runs.
The fan doesn't work at all.

When the compressor is running, does turning the control switch it off?

Does sound like an issue with the fan.
Wouldn't harm to take it apart and check the fan motor isn't seized etc, if you are able/confident.
