What are the limited edition or limited variants of an Italian car in the last 20 years?

Which one of the cars do we think is mostlikely to become an appreciating classic, the next 288 GTO so to speak?

Can I sneak the F40 LM in? A few might have been built slightly before the 20 year limit but some came a bit later on (1994?)

Maybe not a limited edition but numbers in UK are very limited

I would of said the F40 instead of the F50 but figured aged ruled it out. If it is allowed in then i'll change to F40 as it is the best with no argument!

Ferrari 550 Barchetta. Has all the hallmarks of a classic - limited numbers, totally impractical (roof) and great looking.

3 x SE30s as seen at Auto Italia at Brooklands in early 2000, my picture was taken using a tired old film camera, scanned on a tired old scanner with a lot of tired old bits of dust on the platen ...

That yellow car is, I believe, the subject of some 'discussion' elsewhere on these pages as of the last few days, the viola SE30 may still be in the UK somewhere as is the dark red car as far as I know ... also the red Diablo that can almost be seen is in Belgium these days, I think and the black Anniversary in Northants with LCUK's and PistonHead's TSS

the SE30 will be at least 20 years old in less than 3 years; tempus fugit

spin

i know but only small numbers produced.

the stradale has the best chance of any i feel. it was quite unique in many ways and perhaps the last serious Ferrari to come out of the factory. the scud was more of a marketing exercise than a special project + big numbers produced.

the engineers took the standard 360 and turned it into something special without really knowing it. I was in marranello a couple of years ago, 2009 i think and i saw three local guys owning stradale's. one of them was the owner of the famous resturant down the road from the track.

As you said best "Italian" limited run car not just the marquee on this forum ,
Then the special series from Lancia could be there too

The lancia Integrale in the evo form

Integrale "5" martini striped white car 500 made based on evo 1

Integrale "club Italia" special paint 15 made based on evo 1 (The one to go for)

Integrale "6" martini striped white car 310 made based on evo 1

and then there were evo 2 with special colours

Bianco Perlato 385 made

Blu Lagos 215 made

Giallo 220 made

Dealers Collection 180 made

final edition 250 for japanese market worth alot of money now in the uk (many copies around)

And 1 maybe 2 softtop 2 door cars were made .

Edit , outside the 20 years but go the whole hog and have a group B car the delta S4 supercharged and turbo charged 200 road cars made .
