I used a well known Herts based company for my driveway, when the guy came around to measure up and quote, he offered to do it aside from the company for cash on his weekend, he came as promised with the blocks I wanted and 2 lads and did the job perfectly for around half the cost of the official quote, it was a VERY cheap job but he did it perfectly and several years on its still great... When you do get quotes definitely ask for cash deal
