why do people with chimera's have?

Why do people with chimera's have either really bad hair, or no hair at all , is it because the roof down all the time so tey don't bother doing there hair? The reason i am asking this is because i saw someone with a chimera today and obviously he had bad hair. Do you know what i mean? no afence to any one who has a chimera!!!!!!!!
