Service bonnet attachment/ bolt

The right side bolt and brass bush that attaches the service bonnet to the bodywork seem to be loose. It seems to be coming detached making the bonnet gap bigger on the right side than the left. Has anyone had this problem and is it an easy repair. I'm taking it to Liphook coachworks next week to get a quote and see what they can do.

My concern is, will they need to cut the bodywork to refit and strengthen where the bolt enters the bodywork as I can't see how they would access it, even going through the light access panel?
