E-class drivers footwell - water leaking

Hi i was wondering if you could help. I have an eclass and whenever i wash the car, there is water leaking into the drivers footwell. nothing major but it soaks the carpets. Anyone know what is causing it and how to fix it? I keep reading its something to do with the drain holes being clogged, is that right? and if so how does one locate and clear them. Only had the car 2 months, still under warranty but if its a 5 min job then i would prefer just to do it.

Hi, My dad had an S500 which did the similar. It was the drain holes blocked. If you lift the bonnet and look around the rear bulkhead area either side of the windscreen...Dad's was full of leaves and crud. Once cleaned out the leak was sorted. However, it had been into the stealers a few times for this to be sorted beforehand and they hadnt found it..
