Hi all,

Thinking about moving from my Chimaera to a Cerbera as we have an imminent arrival....

However, I have a question about buggies and the boot of the Cerb - we want to buy a Maclaren Mac 3, which collapses to 31 x 18 inches (dunno height, but the Cerb boot is deep, so not worried).

Has anyone got a Mac 3 to fit, or could anyone tell me what how big the Cerb opening is - or am I going to have to take my friendly local dealer to Mothercare with a car!!

Cheers!

We've got a 15 month old & the Cerb copes very well, got a Maclaren pushchair which fits in very easily, more room than the wifes Citroen runabout!

Boot opening according to my tape measure is (approx) 40" x 16" (top opening)...by 20" deep...just right for golf clubs

Couldn't tell you about the Maclaren, but our Graco travel system doesn't fit into the boot of the Cerb - it's an almost-but-not-quite! So I've bought a cheapy stroller from Mothercare to go in the boot of the Cerb - it's not particularly flash, but it only cost £35 and it does the job.

Hello ! This is my first posting - am pleased I've finally found a topic that I can contribute too !! I'm pretty certain that as long as your pushchair collapses "umbrella" style (ie. the two sides push together as it folds down, rather than just folding flat) then you won't have a problem.

We've got a three and a half year old and a two year old and manage to fit pushchair, spare clothes, complete set of Bob the Builder trucks etc. etc. etc. in the boot of the Cerbera easily, despite the fact that the previous owner installed a rather large amp in there as well.

The perfect family car (in my opinion !)

Now that we are on the topic of little uns. Anyone planning on taking theirs to pistonfest. I went last year on the Sunday - the mrs, 6 yr old and 2 yr old moaned all the way there but now want to go this year with tent. If I don't have to work and the weather is OK will be there again this year. Oh, and no problem fitting pushchairs in boot.
