Supposed to be just a fun drive as its 100 kg lighter, better mpg and a bit of summer fun I'm thinking. Always the supercharger route too wink

But it's red, it's missing a turbo and you'll be pissed off with it within 2 weeks and want a Tuscan, which incidentally might be available once it's current owner comes back from Cancun smile

I have no money, hence the swap. Just had a break down of history of his and it seems a no brainer.

If you are sick of the Subaru, then as long as the value is the same, I'd do it. No harm in a change as long as it doesn't cost you a grand just try something else.

If it's a straight swap I'd go for it then ...... You'll obviously get the "gay" and "fake lotus" comments wink
but seems like a good deal they Dont go bad with 150ish bhp and 150ish torque plus it's abit of open top fun for the summer.

No not without a turbo, seriously I can keep with a non turbo one on the back roads around here in the van!

And hassle him for an overtake too!

So an S1 elise would be the same? That has to be down to the driver I would say?

S1 Elise as standard would have less power than VX and less straight line speed perhaps ? , but I beleive the Elise is abit lighter. scratchchin

Surely the answer to this is yes. An S1 elise is fun to drive, so I can't see how the VX can be any different...

I'm no fan of Scoobies, and I think you will enjoy the more involved experience?
