Which Style of Garage Floor Tiles?
Discussion
I have decided I am going to put down the interlocking rubber floor tiles for my garage, but I am undecided on the style, ie. raised rubber circles, checkerplate design, or the roughcast finish.
I will not be doing heavy engineering in the garage, but on the few occasions I want to jack the car up, or use gojaks to move the car around in the garage, I want this to be painless as possible.
Having said that, the raised 'circle' or 'coin' style do look nice!
Interested in views from those who have this type of flooring, can you easily use a jack on the styles with raised designs, or must one go for the roughcast finish?

I have PVC tiles rather than rubber ones, but could be what you are referring to as they came in roughcast or raised disc profiles? They are fine with jacks and the like. There are a couple of very heavy things I have left standing that looked like it left a dent but a few days later this seemed to have returned to normal.
