Waldburg Fig Chilli

I've been given some Waldburg cream fig chilli from Vom Fass, tasty stuff when I dip my finger in for a sample, but I have no idea what to do with it, in fact I don't even really know what it is, oil, vinegar??

Anyone used this before, or know anything about it? Any tips on how to use it?

Never tried it.

Going by the website blurb it is a sweet/sour/hot vinegar for use in asian cooking or as a dipping sauce.
