Look at my lovely (Yellow.....)Cerbera!
Was a very enjoyable day. Apart from driving my car the highlight was a ride in a GT3 (also yellow).

Bedford is great fun, although a little flat. The RMA events seem very well organised too.
It may be of interest that my car recorded 112db static at the gate, yet was fins on the track, even without the silencer inserts.
There were many nosier cars ther on the day, perhaps the Cerbera sounds is deeper or something.

Graham – I thought I should comment on this. Bedford do have strict noise levels to adhere to in order to retain the right to run events. On the occasion I was black flagged and thrown off there was a strong breeze blowing and it was felt by all that this was carrying the noise across to the sound check points adjacent to the circuit. As I’d been there on several occasions before with no problems I managed to come to a satisfactory arrangement with RMA so all was not lost.
I returned to Bedford earlier this year with ACT silencers in hand just in case. The car made 110dB or so static but I had no problems at all once out on circuit. There was very little wind that day though. The ACT silencers stayed in the box!
It is important to note that you will not be refused entry to the circuit at Bedford if you go over 101dB in the static test. They’ll just put a red sticker on your car and keep an eye on the monitors when you go out. It is my opinion that the Cerbera does not like running at 4500rpm whilst at a standstill and this is reflected in a huge amount of popping and banging through the exhaust and the high static noise check readings. Once under load on the circuit the car is actually reasonably quiet. I think mine comes in around 84/85dB drive by.
In summary I would strongly suggest that any Cerbera owner on this forum attending a day at Bedford does not do so without taking a set of ACT silencers, or similar, along.
Hope this helps.
Anyway Graham, when are you going to come down to Bedford for a bit of track action?!

Hi Graham,
I hadn't missed it I just haven't got anything arranged as yet
Looking like Silverstone GP circuit maybe next on 25 May. My track day buddy is coming along with his Porsche 996TT so should be a laugh. If the pit lane contents look anything like they did last week at Donington then
