Stockbridge Road between Winchester and Stockbridge, then follows onto Winchester Road towards Andover which again is fun but can be dangerous at narrow bridges!

There are some lovely roads that head out of Wickham. The A272 from Petersfield Westward is good fun, it's very good Eastbound as well, but not until you're over in Sussex.

Whereabouts are you based?

On a clear day the A32 from Wickham north is great, get to Alton and pick up the A338 to Basingstoke, get to the roundabout by the Holiday Inn, turn round and do it southbound.

If you do it without announcing here you are going to go, where you are starting from and the time it's considered very bad form.

As has been mentioned, the A32>West Meon. Left at x-roads onto A272 towards Winch>Left just before M3 onto the Morestead Road back down to Bishops Waltham. The HampshiRing. Many a nice evening spent on those roads. smile

The A339 from Alton to Basingstoke is good, some fun off camber corners to watch out for though!

Morestead road from Corehampton to Winchester, then A272, then A32, makes a nice triangle, Southcoast Triangle!

Right is a nice route too, decent stretch to the A3 and a pint at the Seven Stars smile

Saw your post on the TVR thread mate. I'm good ta. Spent 3 years in the Midlands before getting the full Northern experience and moved to Yorkshire early 2010. Hope you are well and all the old faces from the Southern contingent? Tony? Harry? Nick (Warne) etc? I'm still in touch with Craig, Dusty, Cuzza etc.

Got all misty eyed with memories of Pie on the Beach from donkeys years ago, and TVRCC runs up the A32 long into the night for a pint at the Hen and Chook!
