Namely the Dudley variety.

Damn pneumatic bit has given up the ghost. I can a new valve, but is the replacement easy? Or is it a cistern-out jobbie?

Cheers

Very rarely do you need to remove a concealed cistern to replace anything. The flush valve is normally a twist of about 20 degrees one way or another and lift out. The ballvalve is normally clipped to the side of the cistern and fed with a flexi-hose.

Thanks Ferg. I can see the ball valve, and the flex-hose runs right above the valve, just wanted to make sure before I dismantle it.

They normally have a little screwslot to isolate before undoing the end of the hose.

Yep - sorted. The hinge for the flap on top of the diaphram is busted.

Cheers for your help!
