hi im new to owning a 5 door vti civic 1999 . not familiar with these cars yet, does any body know if they suffer from anti roll bar link troubles??? got slight knocking comin from back somwhere, thats all i can think it is.

It is quite likely. Before you go down that route check the exhaust isn't fouling and maybe get a mechanic to check. If it is the arb then superpro or hardrace items are a good replacement.

It might be the points where the anti roll is mounted has rusted, it was on mine when I had it.

So the roll bar was hanging lose because of it causing it to knock.

You should be able to get under from the back of the car and see it is the case.

I believe the MG ZS ARBs also fit and are a little stiffer.
