Time to adapt to less food/fuel?
Discussion
Ok,so like many others im cutting down on my fodder.
Been going for 3 weeks now, lost 10 pounds, hopefully carry on at about 2 pounds a week.
Im making sure i get plenty of protein first with less carbs filling in the calorie gaps, works for me and has done in the past.
Thing is im struggling in the gym, understandable i know, but wondered how long it may take for me to adapt to less 'fuel',or just to forget trying to be at my best and just get the weight off.
After that i can concentrate on my strength i suppose.
Its no big deal,im not 'Arnie' lol, but its a bit disheartening to struggle.
Mind you i Squatted 500 pound for 5 reps on the machine t'other day,so not all bad.
