Photography Contracts

Anyone know where I can get good, comprehensive, up to date UK law contracts for the following please?

Commercial Photography Contract - ie for 'product' and 'model with product' and client use of images for posters, flyers and web etc and me for Portfolio use.

Portrait Photography Contract - ie standard studio and location with client(s) as subject

Model Release - is the IPad application, iRelease OK for when I shoot a model mainly for their use and I want to retain rights over the pics; joint Portfolio use. Seems really good and suitably hitech!!!
