Track Days

Usually there a quite a few threads advertising spare spaces for track days at Llandow and the like. Obviously the weather hasn't been the best recently, so these have been few and far between.

Anyone know of someone or are themselves planning some track days this year? When do they usually start?

Just asking as I'm debating getting a cheap little track day toy soon. Nothing too exciting - just the usual road legal Saxo, 106 or similar stripped out FWD hatch.

While I'm on the subject, does anyone have something along those lines they are trying to get rid of?

There is a track day at Llandow on 12th Feb, I'd be there but SWMBO isn't buying the "Valentines Track Day" story.

Probably a bit soon for me, but good to see they are starting pretty soon. Hopefully we can both make a meeting one day. Great collection of cars you got there too...

Wouldn't mind doing a few nearer the summer. Got one eye on Castle Combe too. Always a couple of cracking days out over there.

I'd definitely be interested in going to Llandow for a track day.... I am a circut track virgin, but really want to do it.....

I loved the meet & drive that I met you & the others on.... And I've made loads of passes with the G8 on various dragstrips......

I'm plannign another Sportsmaserati track day at Llandow for probably May time..Some of you came tp last years...I will post sopme details and dates soon if anyones intersted.

OK Paul, will keep you informed...Looking at a Thursday again as its the cheaper day and probably in May....Sould be £81 for the day...Gone up a bit due to VAT....

Launch motor sports are having a day at llandow on March 15th. I think it may be more of a drifty day though. £90 per session. Www.launchmotorsports.co.uk

I popped along to watch for a bit with my 2yr old lad. The 2 Rovers were very funny, although they did seem to be racing each other! tut tut!

Nice variety of motors on track. Why did I sell my mx5 ??!!
