what is the difference between the GW3000BD and the GW3000D, other than colour?

Different straps aswell as colour.

Objectively, no but I didn't care.

I think the GW3000BD is going to be made in lower numbers too, but to what extent, I'm not sure.

The orange version has a resin strap, the blue a metal bracelet. If you look a a page or two back on the 'incoming' thread you'll see some pics of the blue/bracelet combo.
