Folks,
Im soon to receive the approved Building Warrant from the council so will then be looking to start my house build. Ive had a couple of prices back for the 'full build' from builders in the Aberdeen area and based on my budgeting and the figures Companies provided me as a rough guide previously, they are higher than expected.
Does anyone know a reputable Builder / Joiner in the Aberdeenshire area (or further afield) that may be interested in discussing the work? Any reccomendations would be welcome. I have toyed with the idea of getting it wind and water tight and then continuing myself / homers.
I would like to start the works asap.
