Before i went to work this morning i updated the PSN - Didn't get a chance to read what it was updating, does anyone know?

It will probably stop them for a couple of hours tops, until they work around whatever measures Sony have put in place.

Well whatever it's done has helped! Managed several games without hackers which was nice.

Long may it continue. I hope they ban all the little fk wits that have hacked.

Mine is just updating now, but I am slightly hesitant as it is bricking a lot of ps3s.

The new patch basically has a code encrypted in it that software needs to match to run.

But the Last time I checked a hacker had hacked both the levels of security and was obtaining the key.
