Just received an NIP from the local Constabulary, states that I was photographed doing 38 in 30, (I know ignorance is no defence but it was a dual carriage way with a central barrier)
However when I have checked the location the junction that they quote doesn't exist, surely they must have to get this right. Anyone with a similar experience.

You have received an NIB

I think you mean NIP. If the location is wrong i.e. you were no where near that place at that time and can prove otherwise write them a letter explaining where you were.

Possibility that your number has been cloned?

Go to the location they state on the form, take a photo of that location and the lack of camera etc and send it in.

How do you know the location does not exist just because you are not aware of it?

Are you certain that you were not captured by a stealth scamera van in the vicinity that you did not see?

The location is given as a junction and although both roads exist they don't exist as a junction. I have checked it with the council, looked it up in the A-Z and viisted the road. the roads themselves are about 200yards apart.
Ps It is an NIP not NIB although I would have preffered the latter.
