i cannot help but notice that loads of 430s are on the market and many not shifting for months .......does that mean prices are on the slide ??

the market does look more than a little dead out there.

Agree, definitely seems slower than this time last year but I guess we're now at the stage where dealers are happy to hold stock until the warmer weather when the prices will be achievable..

i think they are depreciating very slowly. bear in mind that dealers want a 10k profit on these and there is quite a variance in pricing.
i think why they are holding up is the huge gap to any other car in their range. cali at twice as much, 458 3x, 599 1.5 times

On the approved used side I've hardly seen a change from when I bought my 430 in November 09.

Well i think they were stable, but by the looks of changes to current asking prices in the last few days, and the overall lack of sales.....i have to say prices look like they are beginning to drop....

Sold mine after a year or so of ownership and "only" lost the dealer margin/fee so prices are pretty stable I think. However, my car (like many others these days) went to Malaysia and I think these far east markets and Australia are propping up prices to a certain extent over here.
