just watched the recording of this weeks wheeler dealers, any one watch it?

a little disapointed ed china didnt realise that just sticking an exhaust and performance panel filter on an imprezza would hinder not add to the performance of the car

but still not decided if i liked the signature viper strips, classic or cheesey?

Luke.

Great program, really enjoying it. But, much like top gear, you have to take things with a pinch of salt.

Stripes were absolutely hideous and I think you can see it in their faces that they know it too. But will have been forced to do it by a producer.

Some great tips and tricks from Ed over the years.

Strips were poor, and the mapped 240 odd Bhp, is really not all that impressive, considering at the wheel they were only likely to see 200 Bhp if they are lucky. Clutch job looks like a real pig though.

The mat black wheels looked nice against the silver bodywork but they lost the plot with those dire vinyls lol Shame they went for the ugly bug-eyed Impreza too, the least desirable I'd imagine but still a nice motor though.

Easily my favorite program on TV

I think Ed was aware the filter and exhaust might hinder performance on the standard map, it was done for educational effect, he comes across as a novice whenever specialists are involved in the episodes.

Shame the budget never accounts for his time and labour... lol

I suppose for the budget that's all they could get, the tear drop headlight ones seem to be holding better value
