Looks like this is coming out soon but haven't heard much hype yet. Trailer looks interesting, and lets face it, Rockstar don't usually make duff games do they?

It's not Rockstar's game. They're simply publishing it.

That said, it does look good (and from what a friend at Rockstar North was telling me, it IS good).

If the storyline's as impressive as the technology gone into animating it, it'll be quite a game. That coupled with the euhporia engine (if they're using it) should be amazing.

I have to say, just watched that vid and the mocap is definitely a step up from what has gone before.
So is the game going to be based more on the action side of things or the "movie experience".

It's a detective game, so it's not going to be all action. There was a big article about it in Edge last year. They are basically using actual crimes that took place around the period of time that the game is set in and it's up to you to solve them. I got the impression that they were aiming for a much more cerebral experience that the likes of GTA.
