Grouting

I have the fun task of grouting my bathroom tomorrow, what's the best way of getting a neat finish?

Any helpful tips appreciated!

I use a wash boy but a bit over kill for one bathroom

I got myself some disposable 'surgeon' type gloves and used my finger to get the finish on the grout. Also made sure I wiped the tiles over before it dried to save a lot of hard work later.

Ive got a trowel for it, it s soft neoprene thing. As for cleaning off then the secret is lots of water changes and quality round edged sponges, not sharp edged as they will drag the grout out. The more you can sponge off the less polishing you will have to do when the grout dries. I do quite a few bathrooms (day job) and although i quite enjoy tiling i fing grouting the most monotonous task going.
