What sparkplugs? Zetec Blacktop with Weber 40's

Hi folks, I took my Fury out yesterday for the first time this year. Brilliant fun, but I noticed a strong misfire at high revs in the low gears. It feels like hitting the limiter early, at about 5500rpm. It's about three months since the car was driven, so I guess it could be damp in the HT side somewhere although it is garaged. However, I would like to change the sparkplugs anyway as I am doing a full service on it.
Halfords are no use as I don't know what year the engine is, so can anyone tell me what plugs I should be using? The ones in it at the moment are platinums, some brand I have never heard of, and the identification code is too faded to read. I would prefer to stick with copper plugs and change them every year, as I do so few miles in it.
Hopefully that will fix my problem, any other suggestions welcome! It's running mapped ignition, I think it's the M3D system?
