Does anyone have a different number for there claims line
as i have been on hold for nearly an hour !!!!!

Try the 'new business' 0800 line - which will answered in 3 microseconds - and ask if they can transfer you. Or e-mail/write a letter?


ETA: I hope you haven't been holding for an hour on a premium rate number! (but the banks are poor, they need more money)
