Following the other thread. please choose 2 categories for which you'd like to race in the most, and only 2 smile

rules so far:

Firstly, in any races with road cars, aero kits are not permitted. in any race where racing tyres are permitted, driver aids will be allowed, otherwise there are no driver aids. so:

250bhp/tonne - no tuning limits so long as you fall at or under 250bhp/tonne. sports soft tyres maximum.

500bhp/tonne - no tuning limits so long as you fall at or under 500bhp/tonne. racing hard tyres maximum.

super saloons - includes BMW M5/M3, Merc E55, C63, Lotus carlton etc.

80's and 90's to have 350bhp/tonne limit, 60's and 70's to have 250bhp/tonne limit, no tuning limits for either, sports soft maximum.

touring cars - includes japanese race cars for the moment. max 550bhp and racing soft tyres.

GT1 category includes cars like the mclaren F1 GTR, team oreca dodge viper, panoz esperante, merc clk gtr and so on. no power limit, 1000kgs minimum, no tyre limit.

JGT cars are in with touring cars unless we find they are considerably quicker.

LMP1/group C cars - no limits to tyres, power or weight.

any suggestions welcome.

Ross.

Can't seem to be able to vote for some reason ?! And I have not already voted.

Anyway - my 2 votes go on 60, 70's - and 250 bhpt.

ok, well after tomorrow night when everyone has had a chance to vote, i'll add those 2 onto the poll. why you can't vote is beyond me though. excluding myself, 6 others have voted.... confused

46 votes between 10 people? 2 votes each? Feels a bit like a Zimbabwean election to me. My two were for touring cars and super saloons.

some people must have voted when the initial post said 5 votes each....which would make sense. i voted for super saloons and 80's and 90's smile

as you can only vote for 1 category once, it shouldn't matter TOO much, as peoples' faves should still come out on top.

Sorry, it's fine as it is. I don't really mind what we race anyway.
