I know the camera topic comes up a lot, but I've a fairly specific requirement so I thought I'd start a new thread smile

I'm fortunate enough to be on the list for a few tyre launches this year, which are usually overnight affairs. During the launches, there's normally an element of track driving where you jump in X car for a few laps, then swap to a different car / different tyres.

As I will be travelling I don't really want to worry about battery life, and as I will be jumping from car to car it needs to have a good mounting system.

I have a professional b-hauge suction mount for regular cameras, but it's a bit cumbersome to use and a bit large to travel with.

Does anyone know of any bullet style cameras that will be good for around 6 hours of filming, come with their own mount and not cost the earth (around £150 budget)

Thanks

Stu R

reckon you should of bought a Flip mino HD gen III camcorder....£150 it has a standard camera mount fixing records up to 2 hrs of HD footage has inbuilt stabilisation, microphone instant play back and upload to youtube if you got a registered channel it will play direct to your telly with a mini to standard HDMI cable it's approx 75mm long x 45mm wide x 12mm deep and weighs about 75g I got one and to be fair it's simple to use (thank god)like i said it's no bigger than a small mobile phone I got mine on a manfrotto rollcage mount which is about 3 times the size of the camera...LOL...and the playback quality is..well...HD...simples
