That's mine. I mean my car.
And yes it's a Kyle's exhaust system. A bit noisy ... ;-)
Some pics :

And another vid. There are many others, on the bench or on the road...

no its not..... please dont start me on JP

i designed it and made countless journeys back and forth to them to sort it out, im now making them myself as i can then ensure the quality. The new design is even better with less TIG welds and smoother bends. Im currently trying several different silencers to try and reduce noise without sacrificing too much flow.

I confirm I bought this exhaust system to Kyle, not JP.
And it's a good idea Kyle if you can reduce the sound a bit ( I'm 111 dB at the moment !).

Looks very nice...much better than the std setup

Where's the CATs Kyle?

...or don't you like them?

Only issue I can see is how the headers overlap the side struts - great if you have the room..unfortunately I don't - shame!

Any other header designs Kyle?

Nice looking install Kyle.

Dave

Are the wheels Image Billet 35's?

I am considering Billet 54's. Any advice/problems.

these are the new headers ive been working on with MR SS, the bends are a lot smoother and thus the flow improved. We also have the lengths matched to a finer degree. The header primaries are merged into the flanges to again improve flow, the mods should release a few more BHP and reduce temperatures in both the primaries and cylinder head.

Pah!! Stainless!!!
Aircraft grade ali. The plates weigh less than the 4 bolts holding them in smile

Hmmm , not sure but I may have seen a fag packet fall into an envelope addresed to the patents office.

Hi Paul

Yes they are Image billet 35.
Ive had no problem at all with them. Just check with Harry which wheel centres you will get. He does a flate centre like mine or also a sort of flat conical one. Just make sure he sends the type you want.
Otherwise, no probs. no air leaks .no fitment problems.

Thanks Dave

Met Harry at the Autosport Show and he seems to be a nice, straight forward sort of guy who is prepared to make what ever you need.

I am thinking of going for a wider front wheel to take a 285/30x18 Toyo or Khumo track tyre if I can get it to fit/clear the light pods.

I might also need to do some weight training for parking!!!

They look really good mate! I hope to get my new TIG next week. Give me a shout if you need them welding up or a hand with making a jig.
