Took my 4 week old (to me) Cerb to the kids school and lost the exhaust pipes and cracked a manifold on the speed hump, pride and pocket hurt. Serves me right for showing off!

How big was the road hump? I hope you are putting a claim in.

Sorry to hear that, I know just how you feel.

Thought I'd done the same when visiting TVRslag last weekend.

They live in a cul-de-sac for fecks sake!

As Byff said make a claim against the council or land lord. I did and got the money back for the damage and repairs. Remember speed humps should only be 75mm at their heighest point or 100mm for the raised flat type. The ground clearence on a Cerbera is 120 or 130mm i seem to recall.

Good advice, I'll get my tape measure out, these look more than 100 mm and with the cerb rolling over them and bouncing down a bit. Ouch!
