Ask yourself this question;

"Do YOU think it'll look good?"
If your answer is yes, you've wasted your time posting on here smile

HTH.

Dont forget fitting 19inch wheels will add 200bhp and make your car irresistable to ladies....

Why bother with 19" wheels? Get smaller rims with taller tyres and improve the ride and handling on typical roads.

At the end of the day, it's a bog standard mk2 Ford Focus. I'd just leave it factory spec and get on with it, it's unlikely anyone will be looking at it anyway!

Well you may be right there. but i would say its a lot better than other "bog standard" focus's and faster. Not as fast as a 1.6 focus tho!!

Don't see the point unless your going for an RS lookalike. A standard Focus with 19" wheels will just look crap.

And you'll ruin the ride. And the performance. And pay twice as much for tyres. And put your insurance up.

No, he's right, stick with the standard wheels. There is no point in fiddling with a basic Focus, because ST170's are readily available if you want an upgrade.

If you wanted people to just agree with you rather than proffer an opinion you should have said so.

At the risk of being labelled "full of st" as well, I tend to agree, I tihnk it will look ridiculous (bit like a TVR sized exhaust on a Nova) and it will ruin the ride, cost you a fortune in tyres, and put your insurance up.

Take no notice of them. On a MkII Focus a nice set of 18" rims would look nice as long as you lower it on Eibachs too. Nothing worse then stock suspension and aftermarket alloys it looks crap.

It won't make the car faster though, or help attract ladies lol

I'm guessing it will do something horrible to the ride quality. Looks are a personal thing, only you can answer that.

Soooooo, you ask a question, get the answer you didn't want to hear and then come back with that response.

Either learn how to hold a reasoned debate or jog on.
