Modified 350i

Was looking through the Compomotive Wheels gallery, and came across this rather modified Wedge. Just wondered if anyone had ever seen it or knows anything about it?

Looks like a 390SE front spoiler and maybe early 390 sills but the bonnet looks like it started off as a 280/early 350 type... maybe an early 390SE underneath all that?
