Hi guys,

I am after another recommendation for a whisky.

This time i want to spend a little more and get something a bit more special.

Budget i guess is £50 - £100 on a bottle.

I really like speyside single malts and perticularly enjoyed the balvenie 12YO signature.

Thanks in advance

Both look nice, i have considered that balvenie, also a macallan, cant remember which one it was though, oh and a Glenfiddich 21 Year Old / Caribbean Rum Finish.

Been scouring the whisky exchange and lots of ideas.

Cheers guys.

This. About £80...

I was hugely disappointed with the 21yo 'Fiddich.

Thanks again for your opinions, leaning towards the balvenie.

Make sure you get the 21 and not the 14yo portwood!

Oh, and if you find yourself near a duty-free try to get the 47% 21yo Portwood instead of the 40% one... wink
