Porsche USA recalls CayenneS

Seen on a US newswire..Porsche nth america is recalling 10,637 Cayennes S models due to fire hazard..

Any UK Cayenne S owners maybe worth checking with Porsche UK to see if affects cars over here.

the burning that occurs is the amount of petrol those tanks consume. i've got one as a loan car whilst my 4S is in for a service. 14.3 mpg average at the moment. ouch!

torching a Cayenne, or seeing one torched, would be an improvement in the appearance. It would tend to give one the impression of "Cajun Blackened Carp"
